MENTORING FOR SCHOOLS

Through our research, we've found that since March 2020, schools have been under unprecedented pressure. The COVID-19 pandemic brought a lot of uncertainty and students across the country suffered significant setbacks to their academic progress and their emotional and mental well-being. However, we're aware that even prior to the pandemic, teenagers have been facing increasing pressures that have affected their mental health. We understand that people shy away from the fact that this becomes an issue in a lot of young people's day-to-day life. Sometimes, people can be silent about how they're feeling but we want to provide them with the tools, skills and coping mechanisms so they can share their experiences and continue to learn in the school environment.

Our tailored group and/or 1-2-1 sessions are designed to complement and enhance academic learning, as we create unique learning experiences by balancing encouragement and challenge. We help hard to reach students by giving them opportunities to uncover hidden talents and interests that motivate them to achieve their full potential. If the mould doesn't fit, we simply create one that does, with minimal disruption to the school's services.

We believe every child has a unique skill that isn't always easily identified in a mainstream classroom setting. This is where our mentors work alongside teachers to make a big difference to young people's achievements and overall school experience.
